However, it's important to note that it is not possible to export previous appointment histories, sales records, or schedules in some programs. What are the steps to subscribe to the software after the trial ends?
After your trial ends, you will be directed to a payment screen when you try to access the system again. Here, you'll need to accept the terms, select the desired package, and enter your billing and credit card information. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to set up direct debit payments (only available in Spain).
Are support and updates included in the price of the software?
Yes, both support and updates are included in all of our beauty salon software packages, with the exception of the free plan. Our support team is available online and by phone, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (Spain time). You can also check your questions in the automatic support chat available 24/7.
